2016 Tire Rules For All Classes
Late Models:
American Racers Only! AR 56 27.5, 28.5 and 29.0 with the MRTW stamp. Exception is for any
American Ethanol race. LM 30s will be mandatory to run American Ethanol.
UMP Modifieds:
AS and H only. Will have a short burn off period to use up your A30s.
Michigan Dirt Modifieds:
May run American Racer 26.5 or 27.5 / 15 SW with MARW stamp or IMCA stamped Hoosier G60.
Street Stocks and Michigan Dirt Stocks:
American Racer 245/70/D15 with MSPA stamp or 70 series radials.
Warriors and Young Guns:
D.O.T. Approved street tires with 8” maximum tread. Maximum tread-width 215. Minumum sidewall 60. Same size tires on same axle (no stagger).
