PRESS RELEASE: As of July 7th, 2017, Winston Speedway payout will change to the following; Late Models $800 to win and $150 to start, Michigan Dirt Modifieds $250 to win and $100 to start, Stock Cars $250 to win and $100 to start and Warriors $100 to win and $35 to start. This is guaranteed weekly payout and will not be cut. You can refer to our website for complete payout. www.racewinston.com Winston Speedway raised payout at the beginning of the 2017 season in hopes of drawing more cars and improving car count. Our efforts, however, have not been successful so we have made a business decision to lower payout. Also, the Lightning Sprints will only be running every other week for the rest of the season. This is the only way Winston Speedway will remain open for the remainder of the season. We greatly appreciate the support of the fans and drivers that make it out to the track every week and hope we can count on your continued support as we finish out the 2017 season.
